responsibilities and policies.

My interpretations of the E principles:

E1 – Exemplify professionally-informed, growth-centered practice.

Teachers should routinely be able to perform as a teacher in which anyone in the community can learn from them regardless of their learning styles. Teachers should be aware of their professional boundaries and try their best in staying within those boundaries.

E2 – Exemplify collaboration within the school.

Teachers should take the feedback given to them by mentors to improve their teaching style. Teacher should collaborate with other teachers within the school and the community to exemplify involvement. They should be active citizens in the school as well as the community.

E3 – Exemplify an understanding of professional responsibilities and policies.

They should demonstrate knowledge of professional in which they are recognized as a teacher regardless of the environment they are present in. Teachers need to take the knowledge they provide to their students and also apply to the people outside of their classroom. They should act upon their role as a teacher at all times.
